Due to the nature of skincare products, all sales are final.


For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.


If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.


We will review your request and provide a replacement if applicable.


Shipping fees are non-refundable.
